Tai Hong Restaurant

A sweet family business, they have very good Chinese food. They cannot compare to the big city restaurants but, it my favourite choice when I go to Port aux Basques. One of my favourite dishes, yet simple is the deluxe won ton soup and for a more filling meal I would order the tai hong rice noodle.

Love the food and a very quiet atmosphere, the service was great.

Loaded with MSG. DON'T waste your money and time. Soups are made out of canned grocery store soups. Dishes are loaded with MSG.

Not memorable. Everything tasted the same. We had to ask for soy sauce. Would definitely not recommend.

Tai Hong Restaurant convinces with very friendly staff, a nice selection of different drinks and Chinese-Canadian foods and very reasonable prices.

Good food, great prices and they were quick. Location is helpful when you just get off the ferry and need a late dinner. Definitely worth a visit!
