I loved that I was able to find Makgeolli here! I had the pork Bibimbap which was decent. It could've been warmer but not bad for how fast the service was.

First time at Tacowa today. I order a spicy pork and bulgogi tocaos with a side of kimchi fries. My order took a little longer than I liked but in their defense they had just opened and there were 5 people in front of me. Back to the food. I liked the spicy pork taco best but everything was very good and fresh tasting. The kimchi fries were a little dry and could have used the spicy sauce that was on the spicy pork taco but still enjoyed them. All in all the food is very good, however, the portions are small for the price.

Yes, in my opinion none of the food here is actually "hot" by default. You can add more kimchee to your taste to add a sour spice, or the red sauce on the side to add slightly hot and sweet spice, but even then the "heat" is still very mild. My stepson hates hot food and still loves the bibimbap, even the "spicy" pork. I would say it's just very flavorful spicy, not a very hot spicy. Double check your order with the staff and tell them your concerns but I think you will be happy.
