My family and I love this place. It’s our favorite place in the neighborhood and it never disappoints ! Food is always delicious !!!!! And the drinks are great too. Everyone is friendly and the ambiance is great. :)

The food is pretty good The staff not so friendly but what really bothered me is that when I pay my bill they round it off in their favor and I never got my coins they kept my change,I never heard of this,been there quite a few times and they always do that,I would never set foot in that place ever again they must do that to every customer took about getting rich quick. Stay away

Very traditional Mexican food. If your not sure what to order ask the servers they speak English. You'll be surprised at how good and tasty traditional Mexican food can be.

An original authentic Mexican restaurant with such a large variety of food It is hard to choose. I had the mixed fajitas and my friend a mixed taco plate. I have gone here several times never disappointed. Have had good waiter and waitress service too. Heavy doors to open to get into the restaurant and rest rooms may not be wheelchair accessible. Nice warm atmosphere.

The best Mole Enchiladas in the city. Service can sometimes be slow but thats okay, the food is always delicious. Tacos, burritos and most other plates I've tried are always very tasty and authentic. Highly recommend. It's a neighborhood place so if your used to midtown dining, you'll quickly appreciate Tacos Matamoros.

Food is awesome and fairly priced, staff's nice and I think this is the best Mexican food I had outside of Mexico. Better than some places in Mexico even. Super authentic!
