So today I went to pick up a replacement order from the first mess up. I got home and and started eating my food and I found HAIR in my food also started examining the rest of my food and found a fry in my chalupa. Idk what kind of establishment there running but I will not be returning thanks.

Normally a five star experience especially given the variation between restaurants in this chain. However, tonight, we paid the extra for chips and nacho cheese in place of the cinnamon twists... but did not receive them as we discovered at home. We also paid the extra to add seasoned rice, and there was hardly any. You can see the wrapping job on the crunch wrap as well... very little care and attention to detail tonight. Substitutions (especially advertised ones) are a common and basic aspect of any food industry establishment. You’ve GOT to be sure to get it right when you’re charging extra for those substitutions. Hopefully the proper training and supervision can be instated to prevent mistakes like these in the future.

Tonight I went there . Darrah was the cashier through the drive through . She gets my order wrong . I then pull up to the window and correct her . I pay and get the food . I get home and it's the wrong stuff. I told her I wanted BEEF Chalupa Supremes . Not CHICKEN. Literally you have one job to do and you can't even do that . Poor skills . I don't think I should have to correct it three times just saying
