Taco Mac

Always a good place for beer and food. It's been inconsistent on service over the last year or two but seems to be on the comeback. Just don't bother to ask for something else on TV if it's not what the bartender wants to see.

We eat at Taco Mac in Canton once if not twice a week. We all love Taco Mac. The reason they only got 3 stars is sometimes our food can come out cold and the service can be really slow sometimes. We have never had any major issues but there could be some improvement made. When we sit at the bar the service is amazing and food is always hot.

Eat in service is great, but to-go service needs some work. Requested our wings swimming in sauce, and they had nothing on them. I called back and complained and they did offer to give us the same meal for free again, but the second time we got them they weren't great either. Disappointing as we usually love eating at Taco Mac.

Taco Mac has been one of our family's go to place for meal or too watch a sports event with friends. Here's why the Canton location gets only 2 Stars... The service was extremely too slow! Our server was none existent for the most part... Burger was luke-warm, broccoli was like apple sauce... microwaved! It was my daughter's birthday and we even brought a balloon for her chair and you would think the server would have noticed the gift bags & balloon and made an effort to recognize the event in some way! "Hey! Who's birthday is it? Something? Anyway I can't really fault the server 100% as I believe this lands squarely on there store manager. Lack of proper training and follow up with quest. I'll go back because I like the atmosphere and their food is usually better than this go around but I do hope this read this and course correct their training at this location.

I've been to a lot of taco mac's in my day but this one is by far the best.

Taco Mac used to be good. It's starting to go down hill. Last three times my orders have been wrong. And I ordered to go they just threw the fries on top of the wings - which I didn't want buffalo fries.

What happened here. The wings are half the size but price is the same. They stopped giving side with wings. At 30 bucks for 30 small wings you should throw a side of fries, especially when a few months ago they included 2 sides. They put enough blue cheese on my pan and my salad for about 5 bites. Had to ask for more blue cheese and they charged extra!!! Food is only good if you want to pay tons of up charges. 30 wings, 3 salads, side of fries, kids meal, 2 beers came to $110. Used to spend about 80 for same thing and took leftovers. My family has been going there for almost 15 years. Not anymore.

Service and food was great. Only problem I had was warm beer. The mug wasnt chilled at all. And if your thirsty for a cold this could be very disappointing.

Saturday service was slow but that may have been due to the rain and College Football. Good food and the beer went down well. All in all we had a great visit

Use to be one of my favorite places, but things have gone down hill. Prices are up for both beer and meals, portions are smaller, and now fries cost extra as a side with wings instead of replacing celery and carrots. You don't even get a free dessert for your birthday anymore even though you've spent $100 on dinner and drinks.

Been coming here for years and it is a beer lovers dream. Fantastic selection of draft beers, good rotation, knowledgeable and friendly servers. Great pub food to go with it, don’t miss the wings. Wear your jersey on game day!

Decent service always good food. Tmac has the best wings-assuming you prefer to not get as messy while eating.
