Employees were great, food was good

Not a big fan. The burrito was really soggy and didn't have a lot of flavor.

Great vegan option! Very accommodating staff.

The couple that now owns this store are crooks. They have stolen money/hours and tips from at least six employees that I'm aware of. This location also has ants out in the customer area, the owners and managers have been made aware of this issue and nothing is done! When you stand in line to order your food the ceiling/air ducts drip some unknown dark water onto you and I have seen it leaking behind their food line onto the employees as well. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money here.Yes I am passed employee, my employer cited bad performance as letting me go but in reality I started asking questions about them stealing money from employees,illegal practices and the way they talk to employees, keep your family healthy and wallets safe and avoid this location:)

I go to taco del Mar at least once a week and I have never had as bad of an experience as I had today. the kid must have been new or at least that's what I hope . he had no idea how to make a Baja fish taco and the Mondo was folded so bad that it was falling apart before I even started biting it. I love taco del Mar but if this is what it's turning into then I will spend money elsewhere.

I love the whole Subway-esque way of making burritos, however, the girl there tonight did not seem to be in that great of a mood. I figure she was the only one there working tonight and two customers was too much to handle. The restaurant was otherwise empty. Maybe an extra hand would help the girl. After all, if you don’t make your employees happy, your clientele will suffer. I’d be happy to change the review next time I’m there. It’s great food.

The girl that worked tonight 10/13/19 was very unpleasant, she made you think her parents owned the place and was forcing her to work for free, that's how she acted, very unprofessional !!! Management needs to check this young lady. We spent almost $30.00 there just to be treated like we were bothering her. I'm sure the young gentlemen in the corner sipping soda by himself was her boyfriend, I ordered sour cream and guacamole and she acted like they were almost out by the little amount she put on the burrito, so very pricy and non exsistence customer service has helped me with my decision not to visit this location again, please don't let my review stop you from trying this location, check for yourself, maybe you will be lucky enough to have a employee that is pleasant and that acts like they actually want to work there.....

Like Taco Del Mar just not this location. I wanted chicken on my burrito. So instead of making the chicken and then making my burrito they made up my burrito and let it sit while the chicken was cooking, about 5 minutes. I took home a wet gloopy mess.

I waited 30 minutes for my turn today they had 1 person working took 20 to help 2 people in front of me. Then he had to do something in the back and then take pics with his phone for 10 minutes. The customer behind me left. I was going to give the worker benefit of the doubt. Finally my turn. I ordered my quesadilla had it made ready to go into quesadilla machine to melt cheese and he found out it's not working. Needless to say he said sorry it's not work so I said okay and walked out saying I was only waiting for 30 minutes. Either get more or faster people and make sure the equipment is working before you start your business day. Sorry for being so harsh but time is valuable! No stars given!

Great food and service
