Awesome customer service ! One thing you will get treated how u treat others. Just cause it's a business and a person (customer) myself) wants to have a attitude and give personal attitude cause they are employees and need to follow rules don't mean we as customers can treat them wit attitude and then we as customers point it out . Treat anyone the way u like to get treated . Great customer service and hard working employees !

The employees at this location are what makes it shine...so kind and helpful. The restaurant is always clean and salsa bar stocked. My day is always brighter when I go there.

Takes a long time to get your order at this location. Already been waiting about 15 min and my order still isn't up. There about 4 groups waiting, but the restaurant is mostly empty. As you can see from the photos, they're short on employee staffing. I may not be returning on a Fri evening until Taco Cabana hires more employees to serve customers. I found at two other locations along the I-35 that every time I walked in there was never any employers at the order counter and this was every time I went into their restaurant so I stopped going to those two locations. I will be reviewing them as well. Went to check on my order....it's been twenty minutes. I notice that they're cooking all of the orders on one small grill. There's some kind of management issue here, but I I don't think it's the fault of the location rather I fear it's higher up in this business.
