Overall taste of food is great! but like all Taco Cabanas' table-cleanup is lacking. Flour tortillas are premium.

Got an email for a $3 bowl. Tried to order and was informed it had to be placed using the app. No mention of this in the email. Had to download the app. Due to slow connection it took 5 minutes to place the order. I requested it as soon as possible and confirmation indicated it would be ready in 30 minutes. Forty minutes later I went to the counter and it was sitting there waiting. Don't know how long I would have waited had I not gone to check. Food was excellent but a very disappointing experience.

Chips are stale, store is dirty, the employees are skimping on ingredients. I could get more out of a Taco Bell taco. The people working in the kitchen are grumpy and appear to be disgruntled. I visit here often but today it's really different. Generally there is a large lunch crowd. There is just a handful of customers here. Something needs to change.

When we arrived no one was at the counter and when someone did show up me and the hubby received no greeting, we just got stared at. When our food got out four minutes after we ordered it his flautas looked burnt but were cold inside. He sent it back and received burnt flautas again but at least they were above room temperature this time. This Cabana is an infinite disappointment.
