Not satisfied. Ordered bean and beef burrito and checked with gal at window and still received one with cheese. 🤔

Workers were rude. When asked what drinks they had in the drive thru, was told it was on the menu. I had to climb across my husband to be able to see the list because it was below the speaker, which I couldn't see either. (We were in a truck) Tip- next time a customer asks, just answer the question. Service is sometimes worth more than the food. I won't be back.

Waited an hour in the drive thru at 11pm. Only 2 people working.

The food we ordered was fine. But, I also wanted a cup of coffee. When asked while ordering was told no they don't have coffee. When I got to the window and inquired why they don't serve coffee was told they do sell coffee but just don't have any made. Quote from cashier was "That is a breakfast item we can't sell coffee at night." Really?!?! Asked her to suggest to manager to have coffee available late night. She probably won't because she said that would just be more work for her. Oh well, guess I will have to get my coffee from McD's!!!

on their screen is written " breakfast served till 11" but please change that because it is not true. this is the second time i came before it is 11:00 but they said not available. today I came 10:55 and one time I came 10:53 both said they don't have the breakfast sandwishes supposed as it is not 11:00 I should have be able to order

Slow service 20 minute wait no one in lobby where I ordered from. Almost walked out without food. Not worth my 8.00. Very disappointed

I went in during the morning shift just after 7. I do a lot of travelling and it doesn't matter what state you are in, Taco Bell is slugish in the mornings. This location was exceptional. I went in and stood in front of the cash register and waited and waited. There was an employee that was in clear view of me that was apparently doing prep work, that's fine. However, she did look up then looked down and avoided eye contact while I was waiting. She walked by not looking up and did not acknowledge that I was there. After she went to the back l could hear people talking. And I waited some more. I walked out. If they can't be bothered by customers in the morning they shouldn't unlock the doors.

Waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes and saw several workers just sitting at a table inside talking. Meanwhile, the line is wrapped around the building and the curb prevents you from leaving.

Just came home from getting food at this location & I'm HIGHLY disappointed. I ordered a taco party pack for my kids & I ordered three crunch taco supremes for myself. The wait was entirely too long, just for them to mess up my order. When they finally gave me my food, they handed me one box so I asked them if my taco supremes were in the box along with the tacos that are in the party pack. They said yes. I get home & they're definitely NOT in there. So I ended up eating two of my daughters tacos that she was too full to eat. Not only did they mess up my order, but the tacos they gave us were literally cracked & broken before we even touched them & they were literally falling apart as we picked them up to eat them. For as long as we waited, I definitely expected better service AND food. Will definitely be calling tomorrow because they need to compensate me somehow. This is ridiculous. Would post pics but it's not giving me the option to.

I purchased my 2 spicy tostadas, 1 spicy potato taco, and a large soft drink. All the food was excellent. The soft drink was diet Mountain Dew. The purchase was done using the kiosk machine. The only confusion was they thought I had ordered take out even though I selected the dine in option on the kiosk order. I also had to ask for a glass for my ordered soft drink. The counter person was pleasent.

This was the best visit I have had to any Taco Bell ever! Service was friendly , food was hot and fresh and DANG these Taco's are made to perfection! Vegetarian so I always request potatoes substitute for meat on all items and most Bells screw it up , but not this location. They always get it right! Thank you for topping off a great day with an amazing Taco Bell light night meal!

not a fan of this location. they seem to run out of fried & potato items a lot - which is basically half the menu. staff is not very friendly either.

Terrible service. I went on a Wednesday night around 9pm and the line moved extremely slow (website says they close at 1 am). I should have just gone to the Wendy’s across the street since that line was at least moving but I was stuck in this line. I went to this location instead of the new Albany location. I made I mistake. I will never come here again.

This has to be the worst location they are always out of items and you can never get a order right. Either close or get new management

This location is super slow. I sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes just to pick up a door dash order.
