Food was great but cashier was very rude.

BEST Taco Bell HANDS DOWN!!! Staff is EXTREMELY nice, they pay attention to the details of your order... If you are like me.... I MODIFY EVERYTHING! I showed up in drive-thru ONE MINUTE PRIOR to closing...(which is normally something that I would not do) BUT, there was NO ISSUES, and the staff didn't seem to be upset about the"last minute" order!!

Real weird that they take orders then after 10 minutes of waiting they come out and say that they are out of steak. So we asked to get chicken or beef instead and they are conveniently out of chicken beef and steak. The woman taking orders was arguing with customers and her coworkers. Which is ridiculous considerjng we waited for like 20 minutes

Horrible. My fiance and I went last night. They got none of the food order right and everything tasted reheated. I took one bite of a rolled chicken taco and IMMEDIATELY went to the restroom due to my stomach being so upset. I'll spare the details. This is my fourth time going to this Taco Bell and recieving horrible service and food. Will not be going again. I may call, speak with a manager, and ask for my money back. Who knows...

I believe this Taco Bell. Is the Best1, at least that I've been in. Might take a lil' Longer? BUT Worth every second&penny. Fresh. Hot. And Value. All with Excellent Customer Service, Including Clean Store 2Boot

Ordered the chalupa combo/drive-thru. Was let down because when I got home the meat was COLD! I was way too tired to go back.

Tonight I visited Taco Bell off Garners Ferry Rd and I was impressed. These guys were very customer friendly, professional, and worked well together. But that's not the kicker because this is the 3rd time that I visited this restaurant and each time I had wonderful service. Well, I forgot to tell them that I wanted a soft taco with my meal instead of crunchy. When I noticed that they gave me a crunchy taco I asked them for a soft taco instead and apologized for not making it clear which one I wanted and here is the kicker😁 without any form of attitude or disrespect they made me a soft 🌮. It may not seem much to some people but I love when I get friendly service especially at a restaurant. I don't like dealing with people with lazy people with attitudes at fast food restaurants😠 With that being said... Thanks guys for your awesome service! Keep up the great work and continue to give your best because it doesn't go unnoticed😁👍🎉

So, Taco Bell is obviously not know for fine dining, and at most establishments it could be described as sub par food. But this place breaks the mold. The crunchy burrito was actually crunchy, and not a soggy thing. The tacos were on point and as good as taco Bell gets. The staff was extremely friendly, another anomaly, and something amazing happened. They messed up an order for the drive through, and rather than throw the food away, they came out and offered it up. Ya, that happened. If you are in the mood for Taco Bell, it is worth driving out of your way to come here.

Slow and had me pull forward but then got the order wrong and made me wait outside in freezing temperatures for the right one. Didnt give me a drop of sauce either.

Great price and value at Taco Bell. My favorite fast food place of all time. I have always loved taco bell. I don't care what that other ten %of the beef is I love it and wouldn't change a thing.

Employees not wearing hair nets messed up our order. I heard a employee tell a customer he ordered it wrong. Their floor was very slick and it wasn't because of the rain

What can I say. Its Taco Bell. Great tacos on the go. Check your order before you pull off. Like some other fast food places it's likely to be wrong. I've always received friendly service even when getting a order corrected. The lobby and restrooms are usually vary clean. I haven't seen anything that made me say "eww" yet at least. I recommend a stop for a quick bite.

Not the best Taco Bell, not the worst. The food is fast and the lines are short.

Drive-thru took 15 mins from time I pulled into the line until I received my order. Drove down the road to find out they completely got my order wrong, turned around and drove back. Back in line again, in the drive thru. 15 mins goes by and i finally get the speaker/menu and I was put on hold for another 5 mins. I eventually pulled up to the window and told the employee that the had given me the wrong order and that I would like to have what I ordered, 5 mins later i get what i originally ordered. No apology, or anything just handed me my food. This place is slack and the service is always horrible. DO NOT GO HERE!
