Taco Bell is quite efficient but it is very time-consuming to have to wait in their line and with so many choices it is very hard to not realize that other cars are having the same difficulty as I am with choosing and honesty reading everything on their menu with such a variety it is very hard to narrow it down

Hi... In my opinion, the drive-thru should be faster than going inside to order food, since most fast-food places serve the drive-thru first... before the guests inside (Reason: the drive-thru is timed to ensure quick turn-around which is monitored by management). Additionally, if several vehicles in front of you in the drive-thru have large orders, it takes longer to prepare and package their large order than a small order would take. Other possible reasons there may be long lines in the drive-thru is that many people don't want to go inside, they don't have their payment ready, and/or they are chatting with inside staff. We live in a very fast-paced world whereas people seemed to have lost their patience... Please allow ample time if you need to stop for "fast food", then you won't be upset about long lines. Smile and enjoy some peaceful time! And have a great day!!! ??
