The old building had better service.....completely messed up my meal and were rude.....I'll spend my money else where

Food was fresh, ordered a loaded cheesy potato griller. Newly REBUILT. Would recommend and come again.

Just spent 20+ minutes in drive-thru line. No "sorry for the wait". Just "Here's your soda, give me your money."

I witnessed something truly appalling and unprofessional tonight. I ordered my Taco Bell meal, and through the window I saw a man handling an ice tray that he was touching with his bare hands. As a present nurse, I want you to understand how unsanitary that is. When using your hands to handle food, you are spreading bacteria and even diseases. Please up your standards when handling ice/food in the future. You could prevent so many illnesses that we so commonly see today.

Order never fails to be wrong. I never get my correct beans substituted for beef and there's hardly ever cheese in the cheesy rollups.

My husband just brought home a burrito supreme with no meat, 1 small piece of tomatoes and a tablespoon of sour cream. My chipotle steak grilled burrito had nothing but rice and queso, no meat at all. We wanted a chalupa but he was told they were out of them and would not have them again until tomorrow. This was at4:30 pm. My husband also remarked that the restaurant was not clean, the floor appeared not to have been swept all day. This was our last order from there. The manager should be embarrassed by the performance of this staff.

Erratic late night store hours

Absolutely horrible service waited in drive thru 45 mins an still messed up my order. Not even worth a star.

Was only a passenger as the driver stopped to get a drink. I did not go in so can not give a true feel or review. If I stay in this area I will give a full review of my own visit, until that time I will reserve judgement.

Fine for fast food. There are several terrific traditional locations nearby.

Ordered the taco nacho box, hard shell taco supreme and nachos. Checked the bag before leaving and no nachos. After receiving the nachos and going home to eat we find out the hard shell taco supreme is just a hard shell taco. Very disappointed with this experience. How hard is it to get a simple order like this correct? Young staff seemed very disorganized at the Delavan, WI location.

I thought after building a newer Taco Bell I thought it would be much better than the last...but I was wrong. I can see other people have had a same recent experience. They first missed my bean burrito and then gave me a steak chicken quesarido instead of chicken. I also seen that management hasn't really responded much to recent comments. I hope to hear from them because it's considered stealing when I've been charged for something I didn't get. Be aware of this Taco Bell. BAD SERVICE.

Took forever(30min) to get my order. Only 1 drive thru lane to accommodate pick-up orders& drive thru orders. Just dumb!! Kiosks in dining room& order at countertops& pickup from app ordering. Too overwhelming for staff to keep up with. Lots of people upset
