COVID 19 Taco Bell - Doordash I ordered a Freezeie Drink which has a Dome type lid that has a wide opening and there’s not even a cover or sticker over it to keep it safe from COVID 19... wouldn’t you know when the Dasher called me to let me know my order is here, she was coughing and coughing with my open drink in her car for her 30 minute drive to drop off my food order. That is not safe.. I called the store and they couldn’t care less when I spoke to the store manager. I’ll be sure to get this note to the CEO.This is a matter of Life or Death we are talking about and something needs to be done. I’ve got the same drink from other places and the dome lid had a sticker over the large opening that type of lid has.Even if there wasn’t a life threatening reason to be writing this to you the method of health concerns me.Let’s be safe and help others to be safe. The store is in Niagara Falls, NY which is a hot spot for COVID 19.RegardsThe 5 stars is so more will see this

Food was fresh. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean. My little one loves it, so we try to make it here any time we are in town (the ones where we live are awful).

This was my first time after 10-11 years of not having (American) Taco Bell food! OMG cheap great fast food. Friendly and clean service

I go to this taco Bell a few times a month, my son loves the tacos. This place can be hit or miss. Some days they are fast and the food is perfect, most times the order will have issues. Don't go late at night expecting to get the full menu either, when they are low on product they will not make more.

Jacob took care of us when we took a quick stop at taco bell. He was extremely friendly and well mannered. Would recommend going here.

Standard Taco Bell with great staff, and fun chalupas! We stopped here for a quick bite before meeting up with friends at the fashion outlets... in a taco lover- need I say more? Also- lobe their steak and detest the beef mince so I have to make sure I order right:)
