Taco Bell

The tables are ALWAYS dirty. I have to wipe my table and seat down myself every time I eat here. As far as the food...the employees at this location do the absolute bare minimum. There is barely anything on the tacos lately. The nachos will have a glob of toppings right in the middle instead of being evenly placed. They prepare their food as if they have a million customers waiting. Slapping it together as quick as possible. Which I get the fact its fast food but they could definitely tale a few more seconds to make it properly.

Its not the best Taco Bell out there but it does it. The food is hit or miss but overall its okay

Spent total of 20 mins in drive thur at 2pm and didint even get a sorry for the wait.. Lame service.

So very slow. It took over 30 minutes to get our order. Just no order to the kitchen. Cashier was wearing gloves when she took my money and kept on the same gloves when she went to fix our food. When asked why she just shrugged. Food was average at best. Definitely not worth the wait!! Will not be going back any time soon.

Nice workers great food

I would like to compliment the young man who took my wife’s order, he was a very nice guy. But other than that terrible experience. Went to get drive thru, ordered food, got home and half the food was missing and the food we got was either wrong or cold. Called and was told to come back. Drove all the way back, waited 15 more minutes and when we got back home, the food we were given was still wrong. Sadly this is the only Taco Bell near us but this also isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had here. Something needs to be fixed here

This taco bell is usually very efficient and consistent with their food. You will not usually find long lines except during typical rush hours (between 5pm and 7 pm)

I don't know anyone that doesn't go to Taco Bell. I like ours here in Sanford, due to not only good food, but everyone is very friendly.

Always missing sauce when I go through drive thru. Asked and paid for two LARGE drinks and was given 2 medium drinks. When I asked if they were large she proceeds to non chillantly state they were out of large. She didn't even mention that until I asked about the large drink. Did not care about my money or order. She then changes her story and goes up front to get my drinks. It took 30 seconds. It makes me upset. Customer service is dead and this is proof. I then get home and see no sauce in my bag. That was the last straw. I call in to speak to a manager and she instantly offers free food. I insist I'm not looking for free food I'm looking for what I asked for . Customer service. I spent $25 dollars. Just give me what I ask for. If it's a staffing issue , hire more people. This is a consistent issue at this location. Not happy. Rant over, one star. Last thing. Food was cold.

Terrible service. The floor was dirty and sticky. The tables were a mess. Had to ask twice for them to clean it. The meal was 30 dollars and I only got 5 things. Hardly any meat inside them. Ridiculous. Then I had to send the tacos back because they put lettuce when I asked for none, twice.

They always get the order right and out quickly! We have 6 in our family and 4 are children with very different preferences and they always have their orders perfect!!!

The lady was the only one working. She had nobody else. She was working hard. She had to make the order before she charged us. They had a sign that they were doing interviews today. They need the help.

Great group of people working there. Clean and quick to get your order.

I perfer giving my order to an actual person. Today there was nobody available. We had to use the kiosk. I ordered two of the double cheesy gordita crunch dinner boxes. There was one customer in the drive thru and two dining room customers ahead of us. It took over 17 minutes by their own speed of service clock to get our food. I saw other employees standing around or working on non service related tasks. There was no leadership. A broken carbonated beverage machine was hissing constantly. The staff had given up on either fixing it or getting it to shut up. It was not my best visit.

i love taco bell it is one of my favorite fast food places to go to but this taco bell is a long wait for food that taste like burnt grease they need someone to see how clean there place really is i love taco bell and i might get someone when i go to fuquay or holly springs but not this one at least until they fix there food or cookware
