These guys get it right every time and I appreciate their drive through speed! Hats off to the good people of Taco Bell who always come through past midnight!

It's a decent taco bell

Great service and friendly staff. Food was tasty and hot.

Good price for a lot of food, Lieghadonna I think that's her name is a great, and friendly employee. When she wasnt running the front counter. She was out among the patrons making sure everything was good. There was a lady there with 2 special needs children. Onenof those children had an accident, and was very upset. Lieghadonna, fixed the accident, and helped comfort the child. Or that child would have disrupted the whole restaurant. I know ive misspelled her name. But, she goes to extra mile to do the right thing. Jeff

The most nasty Taco Bell I’ve been! I wish I could share my pictures. I saw an used tampon on the bathroom sink 🤢, nasty toilets, dirty floors, tables and every single corner. The food had a weird taste so I cannot imagine the conditions of the kitchen! They need a cleaning crew ASAP!

The Taco Bell at 2453 State Road 16, St. Augustine FL. has poor service. They give you a taco with nothing hardly on it. We got nacho cheese with chips and the container was 1/4 full. Do not waste your money here!!! I would have gave a zero rating but I did not have that option.

Wish I could give this 0 stars. Called at 9:40 and they said their lobby was open until 10. Told them I'd be there in a few minutes, and they said OK. I got there at 9:43, the door was locked and they absolutely refused to serve us since we didn't have a car. The lady at the window was the same one that told me over the phone that their lobby was still open, and she really does need to be moved or fired (preferably fired) since she thinks she's too good to deal with customers.

Sierra was very polite and courteous taking our order. Portions were great and food was delicious. Thanks!

A little more rushed than typical Taco Bells, rarely get napkins with my orders... No real complaints though, considering it's proximity to the Best Western I was stationed at nearby. It's an average Taco Bell experience.

Went here to grab a quick bite to eat. Used the drive through. It took a really long time to order even though only two cars were ahead of me. When I finally did make it up the the menu to place my order I had to wait a couple minutes before they acknowledged me. Once I completed my order things got much faster though. Good was good, been here a couple times and it's pretty consistent, if you like Taco Bell then you won't find anything to complain about here.

I wish I could put a 0 stars because our soda's has no carbonation, our blue raspberry drinks tasted like stale water. Customer service was the worst, would recommend the woman at the window be moved to another position that doesn't deal with customers or be fired.

Good service. Decent taco bell food. They tend to skimp on meat and sauces. But it's usually hot and tastes good.
