Taco Bell

The shredded chicken tacos were horrific. It was cold and chicken was hard. Our order was wrong. Leave it to Westmont to have the worst taco bell in the world. 75th and Cass taco bell is like 5 star restaurant. I mean it this was the worst ever. If I could have barfed I would have. Have some standards.

I actually like this location because of ease of access from home but it seems like they close earlier than their posted hours, more often than not and it sucks to show up expecting to get food only to find out their not open for some unexplained reason.

This is the only Taco Bell in the area that consistently fails to provide sauce packets or asks its customers for anything aside from their order. (Drinks, napkins, sauce) just go to chipotle. Better food, better service.

I have had nothing but amazing customer service and food experience here. I always get the 7-layer burrito and it is always fully-filled and delicious. I have never waited in line and everyone has always been friendly. I take my Taco Bells seriously and this has been my favorite in the Downers Grove area!

If I could give zero stars I would. I drove up with someone at the order screen. She drove off. I then sat there for 15-20 minutes while a line built up in the drive thru. While sitting there a Taco Bell employee threw out the trash and walked back inside without saying anything to anyone. The person behind me called and they informed him they were closed. Absolute poor management and initiative by this location. Everyone else has signage up while closed but this location lacked the courtesy and professionalism to put up proper signage.

I would rather go through the drive-thru you get better service. The cashier inside during the day never knows what the heck she is doing! I would have given it four stars if I was just reading it for a drive-thru experience.

Its your standard taco bell. Nothing wrong with it. Eat and enjoy.

I keep trying and keep being disappointed. Poor quality. Overpriced. What used to be great donuts years ago are now the worst.

I don’t know why I’ve continued to go to this location. Every time I go there my order is either charged or made incorrectly. Not to mention the staff is awful! They have the worst customer service and they all look dirty. LITERALLY! Definitely do not recommend this location.

Quality of food at this location is terrible. Especially if you go later in the evening. Tortillas used for Mexican pizzas are often stale and they are out of ingredients frequently. Make the 10 min drive over to Westchester unless you’re really desperate

Both my chalupa and cheese sauce were cold. The chips tasted rancid like the oil needed to be changed. I only took two bites of my chalupa and couldn't eat the rest, the shell was so chewy and had a funny flavor. I go to Taco Bell frequently enough to know what the food is supposed to taste like.
