One of the sleekest looking Taco Bells I've seen. Very glad they didn't make it the new Cantina concept. Service is quick and friendly in a nice, new shiny store. I-Drive needs improvements like this, thank you Taco Bell, Yum! Foods.

Bought 1 mini shredded quesadillas at 10:40am just for a snack and it was all flour barely no chicken. Never will come back again, its in a tourist area also to be new they need to train for customer service.

Maybe not the best night to judge my visit, as they seem to be very shorthanded and a little bit confused in the kitchen wait times were around 30 to 40 minutes for food. I'm sure they were doing their best.

30 min to wait for a bean burrito and a taco? Everyone in the place was getting their orders like 20-30 min late and half of them were prepared wrong

I ordered online and they didn't start on it until I pulled up to the drive thru window (what's the point). It took them 10 minutes as I had to park out front waiting for them. They didn't give me any of my requested sauce or any napkins. They upcharged me for sour cream and didn't put it in my tacos. In short, they overcharged me and took as long as a sit down restaurant when I pre-ordered. Save your time and go somewhere else. Horrible.

Nearly 50mins to get a "fast food" order, don't need to say anymore....dreadful, although the food was ok when it eventually arrived. Orders through the drive thru, orders online, self service orders in store and finally counter orders and cant fill any of them......was there over 40mins tonight and complete chaos.

I have ha nothing but bad experiences out of the three times I have been here. I will not return to this location, and I love Taco Bell. It may look nice and new but it was anything but. Major Disappointment.

I ordered at the drive thru. I ordered, paid, and got my food in five minutes. Great service. Food was as I ordered.
