I so wish I could give a negative star this location makes me want to reapply. Every time myself or one of my family members going to this location our orders does not comply with what I was taught to be Taco Bell standards! Someone needs to go in and do a complete overall of all crew including management! I can only say this because I have about 10 years experience with fast food and most of all Taco Bell.

By far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my entire life. They are slow and extremely dis respectful. I don’t expect much when going to a fast food restaurant but this place is horrible.

Rude manager Kayla B.? I would think that training would NOT teach management to ever use "I don't care" when talking to a customer. Tossing the bag of food into the drivers window with contempt and disdain was my goodbye from her. As a long time taco bell customer i will not use nor recommend this store at 7024 SW 3rd st. In Oklahoma city. In 1 week I've had my orders prepated wrong. Simple no sour cream on burrito Supremes. Sour cream on 4 out of 6 in the last week. This last incident was shorting the order by 2 crunchy tacos. I had to drive back from home to rectify the order. Then to be treated badly by a manager was too much. 1 star rating is too high.

Used their Kiosk to order a 10 item party pack. It was taking awhile and asked about the order. I can over hear workers in the back saying, "I think you sent it to the drive through", "I thought the order felt heavy", "why did you send that order through the drive through", "I'm not making that order again." After I heard that last statement I asked for a refund. The kiosk doesn't give receipts. The manager says, "We don't control the kiosk. It's not ours. You're out of luck. You have to leave without your food." "If you don't leave, I'll call the police." Yeah, great place.My only option is to call the credit card company to dispute the charge.I had my VA card on my lanyard that says, "Veterans we thank you." They must hate veterans.

The new dollar burrito, the Grande, is really good. Beef, sour cream, crunchy red tortilla strips in a flour tortilla. Very tasty! I had two, and could've eaten four. Try them for yourself. Thank me later. :)

A bit slow for a fast food place but decent food and pricing

The food is great but the staff is better. The people who work here are awesome!

They never let me down. I always get what I've learned to expect the best. Thequality is reliable, efficiency is superior. The island salesmen are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I always have a pleasant experience and we enjoy and anticipate the exclusive offers and protionals.

Drive through was full. Went inside and got my order super quick. All was hot and fresh....good trip!

My favorite! Taco Bell I crave.... Tavo Bell I get!

Great service and the restroom was very clean, that and the food was delicious with friendly service 👌 excellent job stop by the Bell for breakfast don't forget to stop by and like this rating have a great day

This Taco Bell is usually a 3& half, better than other locations. Inside is gross even first thing in the morning.So, We just go through drive through.Recently they have been filling the burritos less. We've complained before & they always say it's pre-measured.Maybe by just weight, this morning I literally had maybe 12 potatoes & cheese & sour cream in my burrito. it's pretty gross biting into a burrito and only getting sour cream and cheese🤢
