This place is horrible on more then two occasions I went in. I called before they closed (2hr in advance) I drove all they way down there and an hour before they should have closed they said they could not take my order. They other time the system we down, and they said it would be back up shortly, and asked us to go through the drive through,and then told us they would not be able to make any orders smh.

If your drive through is constantly down all the time block it off like someone with a brain would do instead of having people sit there and wait just for you to say our drive through is down come inside. ...and sounds like your need a manager or owner to fix the constant problem you have with the drive through

Dine in closed 45 minutes early tonight. Seems completely normal coming from this place but still completely unacceptable. Taco Bell corporate needs to take the reins of this place. I’ve now been sitting in the same spot in the parking lot for 15 minutes

Terrible service and they sold me a totally inedible burnt quesadilla. Total waste of money, if you do go, dont leave without checking everything in your bag. Im talking open up your burritos and make sure they actually put meat in them.

It is what it is, cheap and fast food. Most things taste the same here if you stick to the cheaper stuff. It's a good place to go if you want to be full for not a lot of money. But if you need food on the go that is easy to eat while driving, burritos and tacos from here are a good idea.

You know, I get the feeling that...Service doesn't seem to be, of a big concern, here in Alabama. The work force seems to all have the same attitude, and it's NOT, in the "customer's favor. I normally enjoy Taco Bell, but between the waiting times and the "incorrect" orders (discovered AFTER it gets home..I know I know..it's my fault for NOT checking it, while still in the restaurant)....

I had a very simple order, I got to the window and asked the young lady to repeat the order. She told me that she got it right, and refused to repeat it. She gave me my food and slammed her window. I did not like the service I received. And I got the wrong order, after it all. 😒
