Taco Bell

Been a couple times because it's local but i will no longer visit due to the fact they can never make my food correctly and they have terrible customer service. Whoever took my order was nice but they are always playing around in the background and can't say have a goodnight or anything. They just shove your food at you that isn't made right. I didn't think it was too hard to have someone add a sauce to a taco..... I was clearly wrong for the 3rd and last time. Take my advice and save your time and $$$.

This is the worst Tacobell I have ever been to. I really don't understand how corporate has not shut this location down or at least hired competent workers. The food is prepared horribly & the service is even worse. You get nothing but attitude, bad service and horrible food here. Go to the Taco Bell on 18 and Dequindre, thank me later.

Been there alone and with the grand kids. Never had a good experience with carry out or dine in.

Being a fast food worker has to be a tough job.with that said,I had way above average service.couldnt of had better service than I did.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Every single time I visit this Taco Bell either the staff have an attitude, my order is wrong , the food tastes horrible or sometimes even a comboniation of all 3. I wouldn't reccomend this to my enemy. Somebody needs to take control of their franchise or corporate needs to step it up.

The burritos were made fresh, but sloppy. Slow down a little bit. I was the only customer at the time.

WOW, They did not only messed up my order like everyone is talking about here when I ordered 1 Chipotle chicken and 1 beefy nacho and received 2 Chipotle chicken instead, I was charged 10¢ extra for each! Look at the pictures, I had the same order from different location earlier that day. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go there.

Sometimes so nice sometimes so extremely rude. Just had a very rude experience there. Wish I had a better option closer.

Horrible location. You get good service 1 out of every 5 visits it seems. Biggest issue is missing food. Unless you catch it before you leave, whoever's working there will deny it unless it's right after handing you your food. If you call to complain about it, most times they'll hang up on you instantly unless they say you're lying first. I hate that this is the closest Taco Bell to where I live.

Got drive thru today and it was the worst Taco Bell I have ever had. All the food that I got was cold. Not only that, the nacho fries were only filled HALFWAY. Avoid this Taco Bell if you don't want cold food!

Definitely a terrible experience here, the lobby closes at 12 however it is 8:08 pm and all the chairs have been put up and the lobby seems to be closing. The employees look at you dirty for dinning in at this time. As if that wasn’t enough the food was cold.

This location in particularly should be super busy but everyone knows not to go here because the staff is rude and lazy and they never ever get the orders right and often forget most of the food

I don't know why I keep giving this location chances. Food is perpetually wrong, staff may as well be robots (they'd be friendlier). I'd call, but that's do nothing. Go to the 14 & Van Dyke location. Much better service over there! ¡Este lugar apesta!

They serve big portions and for convenient rates. welcoming employees. Keep up the good work.

Weird setup. The parking lot and drive thru line is a bit confusing. I wasn't the only poor sap struggling with it either. Had to go wait thru the drive thru line to get out of the lot. It didn't take as long as it could have though, since 1/2 cars in line were just trying to leave also
