Horrible customer service.waited in drive thru for 15 mintues. End up leaving

Just left there my husband ordered two of the potato burritos and he waited 30 minutes for them after our food was brought to us and they didn't add the beef he wanted on it not only that but the lobby was nasty I had to ask for a table to be cleaned and I had to ask for his burritos so no we won't be back and I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

Very nice guy at drive-thru. Even let me order more food at window.

They are always very respectful and cheerful to greet the people in the drive through. They got my order correct and fast. Love this store!!

Few fast food restaurants make it easy for vegetarians to find good options on the menu. This Taco Bell goes out of its way to offer a helpful vegetarian menu so that I didn't have to ask a hundred nagging questions to determine whether the refried beans actually contain a beef base with rendered bacon fat (looking at you, Taco Bueno, because that's unnecessary and gross!). Taco Bell's refried beans are entirely vegan and yummy!The service at this location was fantastic, too. I came with my 5-year-old and the employee behind the counter went out of his way to welcome her, even offering her a free specialty drink after we ordered waters. The staff was incredibly kind during our entire visit and I expect we'll drive out-of-our way to visit again sometime in the future.

Some of the employees are really great but they have a major issue with just looking at you and not asking you if you need anything. I stood for 10min waiting to be served. Pretty sad

Woman taking order decided that we DID NOT want the spicy sauce, although we asked for it. Three items then arrived without the sauce. The service was slooooow and the tables were dirty, although there were very few patrons and several employees.

I order a burrito Supreme and they give me like a bean burrito (small) 😒

Most of the time the employees forget something from your order, the food is stale and gross, I've tried to call in about them nothing gets better. I'll stick to ANY OTHER TACO BELL LOCATION besides this one, rude employees and managers if you try to tell them they did something wrong.

The order we received was completely wrong, and upon going to the window to get it corrected we were accused of lying. After going inside to get it corrected another person was already waiting to get their order fixed. Both of us were forced to wait behind all other orders. The quesadilla we recieved was burned so bad it was hard. The quesorito had no meat. As a final insult they tried to pass off part of another order they messed up as a "free" bean burrito. Would not and will not come back.

Wouldn't let me order a simple taco at the window when I forgot. Made me drive all the way back around. Always a problem with them. And no sauce..

No more double decker taco supremes 😕 and a taco supreme is supposed to have sour cream on it. No sour cream here.

Service was slow at the drive thru. We ordered the new chalupa i wanted steak instead of beef paid for steak and got beef. Not only did I get beef the chalupa was soggy and smashed in the bag. Then to top it all off tried calling to complain and no one answered the phone so we gave up after an hour and just will never return.

Scary taco bell in Oklhoma city. Looked like the local drug spot. People doing crazy things. We got food and left. That taco bells a scary place to go. Downtown ghettoo Oklahoma city. Yucky place.

I would recommend passing this place on Sunday’s at 4pm I just ordered 3 tacos and it looked like they just chunked them in the bag. Each taco was open in the bag just a big mess. I wish I could give them no stars.
