Taco Bell

There was some kind weird taste to the tacos I ordered tonight. Nasty and left an aftertaste. I’ve never had tacos like this. Most of it ended up in the trash.

This place and those in charge should be embarrassed. I am done with both locations on Battleground Ave. My order is always the same. This time everything I ordered was there. Bean Burrito, Crunchy Taco and hot sauce. I opened the basic Taco and a waxy smell comes out. Looks the same. Filling tasted the same. The shell was unedibale. This taste and smell is pungent. The drive thru, why do you have one? My simple order is wrong 95% of the time. I have always lived Taco bell. Think I have hung on long enough. Both locations have no cars maybe 3 most in drive-thru. How hard can it be. The newer Battleground location had not 1 person in the drive-thru and 2 cars outside at 12:15 on a weekday lunchtime. My Bean Burrito came out with no cheese. Asked for the sauce at the speaker and the window. Not a single customer in sight. No sauce. The company knows what the sauces mean. Might as well throw it out the window without the ingredients. This company seems to be beyond repair. You could hire me and I could train the national staff and rewrite the standards that might turn things around. It's now a joke. Comedians, co-workers, critics...... Pay your people more money to get back to what you used to be. You are embarrassing yourself.

Always always always missing something in our bag. It never fails. My fiancè got 3 things, I got 1 thing. They left out my 1 thing. Never fails.

If I could give 0 stars I would. When dealing with the plubic you should have greeted customers instead of acting like they are not standing in front of you. Also this was a manager which knows better.

This is the second time in my long life I have eaten in this establishment and I enjoyed my meal. The food was warm and delicious. Good rating and is very clean. Was welcomed with a smile as soon as I entered the place.

I eat at this taco bell atleast once a week most times its wrong this time I heard the girl at the window talking really bad things about me when the manager was called out and fixed the order she was ringing it up wrong and she still had the nerve to mock me with very nasty language she didn't know i could hear every word she said that is not how you treat someone who has spent 23 dollars for tacos every time just beware of the taco bell on battle ground ave Greensboro nc im finding a store that respects people and appreciate your business that gives them a paycheck.

I would give zero if I could. Every time I order for my son and daughter at the drive thru, the taco pack, they get it wrong. It happens even if they change to a different person to understand better. This time, she repeated my order correctly back to me. (3 soft beef tacos, 3 hard beef tacos, and 6 soft chicken tacos with only cheese).Of course it's wrong... I received 2 soft beef tacos, with lettuce and cheese; 2 hard chicken tacos, with lettuce and cheese;8 soft chicken with cheese....REALLY, I'M DONE! This has happened about 4 times. Same Taco Bell.

When i asked about something on the menu the lady said that taco bell doesnt carry it anymore. I went down the road and the next taco bell was offering it still.... if u dont have it just say it dont lie.

They put extra lettuce instead of rice in my 7 layer burrito, because they were out of rice, rather than telling me that I couldn't have it. It was delicious!

My food was old and soggy. I ordered 3 tacos, and they practically fell apart when I tried to eat one of them. They had cleary been sitting out for at least 15 or 20 minutes. considering it took them 15 minutes to two customers, I think they need to hire some new staff.

I mean it's basic Taco Bell. You kind of know what you're getting with the food. Services always blah.

Very slow drive through. Messed up the order on the 2 cars ahead of me. Rude staff, no pleasantries whatsoever. You are lucky if you get your food. No napkins. This is the 2nd time they have messed up my order. How hard is it to get a soft taco supreme?

Highly disappointed. Was an honest mistake on taco bells part but I ordered a triple double crunchwrap and clearly got a regular crunchwrap. More than likely will not return to this location.

Don’t go to this place. Very bad service and very bad attitude and no respect

It was great food I got something that was new it was good inside but don't know what the name was but all of everything they sell is the best because you just order it sit down enjoy it go home no dishes to wash what more could you ask for. Love it all and you get free refiled on drinks go for it all you will love it and the price is great! Best thing you don't have to leave a tip!
