I was enjoying my quesadilla until i found myself eating plastic

The skeptic in me thinks they are trying to boost their poor ratings by offering the survey to me after doing such a good job, however what difference does it make to me. Drive thru woman had a confident and friendly voice, even asked if lettuce and cheese was ok on my 🌮. She was friendly at the window and gave me my receipt. Man bagging my food was friendly with a smile and asked if I wanted sauce. My food order was 100% correct and hot. Will come again. This is joint KFC/Taco Bell with a McDonald's next door and a Wendy's across the street. Convenient location.

What's nice about Taco Bell being merged with Kentucky Fried Chicken is that you can order from both menus simultaneously. the other night I was starving for a piece of chicken and when I looked up at the menu over the cashier the chicken quesadilla also seemed very good. I ordered both. Once I got my food and salt should I eat all of this now I logged onto myfitnesspal app and it said I was about to consume 1000 calories. I ate it and it was delicious. Sometimes we all need a little comfort food.

This Taco Bell is so hit or miss as far as food taste and quality. Sometimes it’s great other times it’s not. But seriously, don’t serve stale chips in the nachos... I threw them away, waste of money.

Food was to be expected. Always pretty good. Restroom was kind nasty.

Went here yesterday evening. Cashier was very helpful. The lady who packed my order was also very nice asked me if i need plates or spoons. Very clean inside and outside of the restaurant.

Good food, and was decently quick to be at night.

Sat in line at the drive thru for a good 10 min only to find out at the speaker that they are only taking cash....so I had to go to McDonalds ugh

Literally two people in front of me order things and the lady replied we no longer sell them. I woke up to order and the cheddar chalupa box photos and everything is still brightly hanging on the wall so I order that just for her to say they no longer do that. Well if that's the case take it off the wall and quit falsely advertising things no longer do

I like this Taco Bell. It’s one of my favorites. They are clean, staff is friendly. I take the extra drive to come to this one instead of the one near me. The nacho fries are always fresh. I have Just one critique - unfortunately - Please make sure the packers are Wearing/Switching gloves. Thank you, keep up the good work.

When we visit there today they had a franchise food inspector so quantity of food was really good and fresh.This franchise people need to visit there store more frequently to maintain service and food quality.

I ordered a #5 (Nacho Bell Grande combo) and two additional soft taco supremes. The guy at the window (Jshun) was polite. However, they forgot one of the soft tacos. I went back to the drive thru. Explained to Jshun that one was left out. It took 10 mins for the line to move so I could get my one taco. By the time I got to the window there was a girl there. She didn't greet me she just gave me a total. I told her I was waiting for the soft taco. She handed me the taco without apologizing for the wait it the fact the forgot it to begin with. I most likely won't be back to this location.
