Great customer service, but my order somehow always gets messed up.

I'm frequently at taco bell, but every time I'm at this location it feels like I'm talking to the new guy, day one of their first ever job. From watching the line workers stop in utter confusion or having multiple different people telling you they dont have menu items in the drive thru; its disappointing. Somethings usually wrong with the order. One time I'll order a specialty or combo menu item and the next they say they never sold it. Last time I was there, I saw the big wavy signs promoting two new flavors of blue freezes. I ordered and got rung up for both. At the window I'm told they are the same and they dont have either. So I get the red flavor instead, the dude leaves and a girl walks over and makes a fresh blue freeze for someone inside. Seconds later the dude comes back with two regular baha blasts. Idk what else to say but I'd rather find myself at sunrise malls taco bell.

Quick and easy as fast food should be. Manager was reprimanding one of the employees for doing a crappy job at cleaning the bathroom. Good manager for staying on top of her restaurant.

So thankful to the staff here. Thanks to them, I have 8 meximelts in my car to go!!

NONE OF THEM ARE WEARING GLOVES!!!! I’M GOING TO REPORT THIS TO CORPORATE.

Orders are always wrong. Staff doesn't listen to simple instructions. I understand mistakes happen but I have been there a few times and they have yet to get my order right. Find another place for tacos.
