Love taco bell... Don't appreciate the way this one is ran. Several times they have messed up my order... Don't go during evening hours. Just don't.

The ability to smile while offering a broken fountain drink machine, disgusting restrooms, reduced portions of meat to leave a taco or crunch wrap tasting like a salad in a shell raises a one star review to a two star review. Staff is friendly enough, but should offer more effort into providing some pride in their particular establishment.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. However, the store on Charlestown rd has a REAL problem with getting orders correct. I have NEVER left that store with exactly what I ordered. The hours of opperation are a nice benefit for those of us that keep strange hours. Prices are VERY reasonable, and the ataff seem to like their jobs and each other. Ive seen it messy after a rush, and spotless as well... I HAVE NEVER, however, seen that store DIRTY. FOR A FAST FOOD PLACE, THAT IS UNHEARD OF.
