If you have an special order such as "no tomatoes" or "add sour cream" they will only get it correct about half the time. Seriously.

Food took over 15 minutes to come out and on top of that the order was all wrong. This place is a joke. The rude staff didnt help things either

Drive-thru customer, establishment is quick to tell customers that add-ons are not permitted, but they can not get a one order item correct. I got home and had to come right back, no would you like a free drink or we will take care of the bill. Poor customer service

Ordered a beef burrito combo and 3 soft tacos. Got 6 soft tacos . No burrito. The tacos had frozen tomatoes and were inedible. Never again .

They are not making the food right here , the meat, beans, and vegetables are never spread properly. It's been this way for months . They make the excuse of a trainee but you should get the hang of something in a week , I feel like it's common sense too. Why hasn't management fixed this issue? Go somewhere else for food or you will be disappointed . PLEASE LIKE THIS COMMENT IF YOU ARE GETTING THE SAME ISSUE AND WANT IT FIXED

Food was awful Taco didn't have hardly any meat in it it was very disappointing that's why I don't eat at Taco Bell I'm done

Very friendly staff, food made correctly. Can get a little busy at this location, but it is certainly the best Taco Bell in Apopka. I avoid the Taco Bell on Main St due to the GM there always cursing and mistreating the customers and come to this one instead. I've had 1 issue in all the times I've been to this one with a missing food item and it was immediately corrected. All the other times the food was good and the customer service was great. Employees were smiling almost every time.

Very poor customer service tonight. Refused a simple request. Tacos had almost no cheese. Soft shells were hard and stale. This has been a good taco bell till tonight. Always terrible

The service was very slow in the dining room and there were only 3 other people ahead of us. Took about 15 minutes to get the tacos. About the taste... it is Taco Bell. Not the worst but not the best either. The last time I went, 6 years ago it was the same. At least they are consistent.

I take it this particular establishment does not care much for their reputation. I'm still waiting on this call back from management concerning the HAIR i found in the purchased meal after taking a bite. Ever since then, I've quit taco bell and also share the pictures of the dreadful and disgusting night of the incident with collegues and family and friends to discourage eating at taco bell. I guess taco bell is not too concerned with me plastering the pictures of the hair in my food to the public. Maybe i should since its taking forever to contact me.
