Fast food is there when ya need it

Service was SUPER SLOW! Seemed like everyone was new and untrained. Ordered from the kiosk.. was told after I ordered a bunch of freezes that the machine was down. AGAIN! 😤Drink station was a mess. Lids were out of stock.What happened to the service from years past? Several of my family members used to manage a Taco Bell.. it was totally different back then. 😑

Haven't been in a long time. Their Taco Bell app is awesome! You can order just the way you want it and pick it up in the drive through lane. I'll definitely be there more.

They were very helpful in helping me choose a replacement for an old favorite. I liked their suggestions. No pressure, food was good, and the place is spacious and clean.

Good food and good Wi-Fi

Service and speed are getting worse. Just enough to be bothersome. Requesting foods that normally have hotter spices during cooking, we found that the spices remain in the cooking receptacles, so some of that experience holds over into all others that wish to not experience that heat.

I like Taco Bell especially some of the food, steak tacos, bell grande nachos, chicken chalupa, chips with cheese,etc. They have a great customer service, some are fast serving your food, the cashier girl was so nice taking my order. I recommend to go to the one on 60th & Greenfield.

Staff is always pretty nice here. Food doesn't always taste to great. Everything almost always taste a day old.

This location is by far the best location I've been to. The staff is always upbeat and on point with the orders. Taco bell is my favorite food. So I'm bias. But this location is great, no long waits, no crazies, and clean.

Almost all the fast food restaurants are trying to gain market share by adding new products. Taco Bell is no exception. So far I have only tried the nacho fries, but if they're any indication of their other new items, I am looking forward to trying them!

This location was remodeled recently. New color scheme [very modern grey and metallic] both outside and inside. Inside now has choice of seating; tables with chairs, half booths with chairs, counter with stools, and tall table with stools. Open and airy. Drive thru is quick when you need a late night snack. My suggestion, Burrito supreme or a meal deal.
