Taco Bell

All I'm saying is that we live less than half a mile from this location. When my husband runs to a fast food restaurant to grab dinner, it shouldn't give my kids enough time to watch literally half of The Lion King (I started it as he left the driveway). We're just shy of 40 minutes into the film and he only just now texted me that he's paying. Understaffed much? That's the only acceptable excuse to me. Giving 2 stars because our order is almost always correct, but I can't give more than that to a "fast" food restaurant when going to the store and making tacos from scratch would've been quicker!

Quick service and friendly staff. But I feel like the quality of the food at this particular location is just a little worse than the other locations around here

I was not happy at all with my food. I ask for them to make my chalupa fresh because I have no teeth and I must have angered them because it was hard as a rock. Nowhere near fresh. ! I had to just take a fork and eat the filling. Jackie Decker

I love Taco Bell but the one in New Albany legit gets my order wrong every time. You'd think I'd learn my lesson and stop going there.

Great quick service. Inside was cleaner than most fast food joints. Location has self serve order kiosk which was easy to use.

Came here to take a dump. Good restroom. Then I eventually got hungry and ordered 3 items for under $5. Sweet deal. Next morning, Diarrhea. So good place for cheap laxatives.

This taco bell is so close to home, I wish it was better. One time we went and they were out of taco meat, another time they were having a tortilla shortage, and this time I got a spicy potato soft taco with next to no potatos at all. It was almost entirely lettuce and cheese.Edit: 12/20. Gave them yet another chance. Screwed our order up and my taco is 90% lettuce, 10% meat. Over it. Wont be back.

I asked for extra cheese on a nacho and they put shredded cheese instead

It's a pretty standard Taco Bell. They're typically on the ball and have food ready fast. They're far and few between, but there has been a couple times that an item was missing, but they've got Big Red on tap, so I'll call it even.

What can I say about Taco Bell. I think Demolition Man got it right. Taco Bell will be the only restaurant to survive the apocalypse. They are my weakness. I don't want to love Taco Bell, but I do. I don't even have a go to. "What's new and only available for a limited time?" Is what I ask. "Double Decker What? I'll take two please!" They never let me down.

Great customer service.Clean environment.Food was stall tasting.Like it had been sitting since before lunch.It was 2:45 pm when I ordered.

This one has always been great! I usually do the drive through. May take a sec but you can guarantee the food will be fresh

Pretty standard for a taco Bell, the better late evening one in new Albany
