Usually it's pretty good, but every once in awhile the food comes out really stale. Definitely recommended special orders so you know your food will be fresh!

Had a wonderful experience by a staff member who was genuinely nice. They were so polite and truly happy to be there. Was refreshing to see that in fast food!

Its a Taco Bell. I order through the app, as it allows me to get there and back to work, still having some time to eat. The store is clean, the staff is friendly, and the once or twice that I've had issues with my order, they were corrected quickly. Overall a good experience.

I just ate at the Taco Bell at 1811 N Knoxville in Peoria and it was the best food I've ever had at a taco bell.... I probably eat at TB at least a couple times a week.... The service was great! Guy was super nice and was always working by wiping tables when he had some time.... The "cook" made the food incredible.... It seemed as though he really cared to make it look good too. Presentation was the best I've had at TB too....

Taco Bell on N. Knoxville, Peoria, IL is where my husband and I love to get takeout to bring home. I love their bean burritos, and their Nacho Supreme. Staff has always been friendly to us, and when we ask for mild taco sauce, they always have it in the sack when we get home. We usually get a large Diet Pepsi to top it off, and it is always what we order. Good food, and good bean burritos 😊

Their beef is not great quality (taco johns is way better). The sterling bazaar location has one manager who is quite rude that I have had a less than pleasant run-in with twice. Not sure if she’s still there though as I don’t go anymore. Overall the 3 locations near me (Sterling ave, pear tree, and ep) are generally pretty well maintained, and pleasant to visit.

Food was good as always. But the person at the window was very grumpy and had zero manners.

Last 4 times I went through drive thru, they forgot something. Today was the last time I will be going there!

Seriously the friendliest, kindest, and legitimately happiest person I've ever met at a restaurant (of any kind) served me in the drive through today, at this location. My order number was 362966, at 10:39PM on 4/19/19. On my receipt, it says "INFINITE S" under "Cashier". I don't know if that was the gentleman's real name or not, but whoever he is, he is definitely a blessing to your business, and a wonderful human being. He was very kind and thoughtful during the entire exchange, but right before I drove off, he wished me a wonderful night, and told me "You deserve it". He was very kind, very charming, and just a legitimately nice human being. Made my night.
