Very approachable staffs but some trash cans are full.

Good food, but slow service

Haven't been inside yet, only the drive thru. But, they are quick and get your order correct 99% of the time! I like that they ask which sauce you want, because at times I forget. Have been there many many times and will continue going there. I have had nothing but great service and friendly employees.

They were friendly and had my order in a timely manner.

Dining area was was very clean! Everything was kept well stocked.i sat down to wait and the lady not only took our order but she brought us our food! Such a nice place to eat.and definitely fast and order was correct. No complaints what so ever

The 5.00 box was good, I was happily surprised. Service was ok. Noone ever says thank you and if I say it, I usually get a yup in return. Most fast food places need to take a lesson from Chick fil a on how to do customer service.

I love Taco Bell as a franchise. However, not all Taco Bell stores are created equal, and it shows in their wait times. This is certainly one of those stores.Everytime I visit this store, there doesn't seem to be enough staff to get the job done in a timely manner. And it's not like I'm going at peak rush times; we're talking 8:00 on a Sunday night. 10 minute wait times are the norm, 30 minutes if they forget something big and obvious in the community, like, oh, the 20k student University 100 yards away from our store starts classes tomorrow, so we should probably increase staff to support the almost guaranteed influx in targeted demographic customers.I don't have high standards for most food. It's why I love Taco Bell; it's cheap, it's simple, and it tastes decent. Yet the wait times are ridiculous.

Burritos smashed flat but otherwise ok.

Fries were a little cold, but customer service makes up for it. I wish I would’ve known the woman’s name to include in the review, she was working the drive thru the morning of February 2nd and she was so sweet and kind and calls everyone darling. Great customer service very friendly and inviting

I got the nacho fries box and everything was delicious, but 1st I ordered the 2 chalupa box only to be told that they dont have those anymore. They need to remove it from the drive thru menu

it took for ever to get our food and when it came we had to set in the car to eat. I it was soo messy it got everywhere

Great service from the new guy named John who works front register. Took him a second but as I watched while waiting for my food it looked to me like he was getting the hang of it pretty quickly and had a good crew standing behind him ready to help incase he started to slip. The manager on shift (didnt catch her name) showed exactly what I would hope to see in today's leadership. The food was good for it to be your everyday taco bell but the service was more than exceptional!!! Good job guys!!!
