It's a chain restaurant, so you know what menu items you are going to get. The place was fast and the food was good.

Every time I come here SOMETHING is wrong with my order, or the wait is super long with only one or two cars ahead of me in the drive thru or people in front of me inside.

Took me 25 mins to get 3 tacos. And they were not busy. The employees were talking and arguing without doing the job. I will never go back to this one.

Terrible employees. All managers should be let go. Every time I go there my order is messed up. Went once order two chicken chalupas and got 3 soft tacos. Today went ordered and decided to check my order they forgot my cinnamon twist. Then when I got home had a chalupa with lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream. Sorry service and a terrible job on management.

6 cashiers were casually standing around register cashier Ayasia was less then pleasant and when I voiced objections to the drink I was served The cashier then had me wait about 5 minutes to get a mgr to ultimately refund most of my order. This was requested due to being chastised by the cashiers as to why I did not want the drink. I will not be visiting this location again and will tell my family members about the atmosphere of the establishment

The food is horrid. Not this place in particular, any Toco Bell I've eaten at has had bad food. Staff is fine, but the food is no. no. and no.

Our food came out correctly. I would give 5 stars but the people behind the counter were not very friendly. They were not rude but they kind of ignored everyone unless they were handing over food. We and several others used the self checkout menu which is a nice edition just in case the counter is busy. The restraunt itself was pretty clean as well.
