Waited 30 minutes for food while everyone else in front and behind me got their food. When I confronted the employee everyone acted like they didn’t know where the food was and insisted I just wait . I continued to ask for a manager and he was able to bring it out within seconds so I didn’t quite understand what I was waiting for.

Bang for the buck. The shakes stand out. You can have 20 flavors mixed in one shake.

I am BEYOND pleased with this cookout location. The staff is very kind and helpful, food service was great and the food is hot fresh and delicious. I’ve never seen a better cookout. Amazing job staff ❤️

Been there a few times and messed up my order twice. They forgot my hush puppies on the previous trip and this time gave us chicken quesadillas instead of cheese quesadillas. The food may have been fresh, but the lines inside and in the drive through are slow even though there were only a few cars present. If you go here, double check your order and don't go during rush hour.

Cook Out makes my inner fat kid ridiculously happy! A lot of food for a great price. The banana pudding shake is out of this world, it even has nilla waffer chunks. I've only been in NC a few months but this is my favorite fast food place ever!!

Greasy and messy fast food. Some like it, but I think Cook Out is very overrated and there are far better burgers and hot dogs.

This was an awful and very disappointing experience. Our order was messed up and instead of worrying about fixing it, they told us they had no receipt and multiple workers were just sitting there playing with ice cubes. When we asked for our receipt again they said it already cleared from the system and slammed the drive thru door. The whole experience start to finish was an hour and a half long. We finally got our food, but by then it was cold. This location is a terrible example of how good Cook Out really is.

I like the menu options, good deals on different combinations.

This Cook Out has great service. The service is also fast. This location has dine in seating which is really nice. Food was hot and order was accurate.

My order was wrong. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich, I received grilled chicken. My sides were cajun fries and onion rings, I got 2 small onion rings.
