Taco Bell

Thought the people were nice but when I got home there were 4 quesadillas missing when I tried calling to let them know about it No one answered called 3 more times still no answer even tried back at dinner the next day and guess what? Still no answer!!! So I will not be back!!!!!!

Was given the wrong order at the drive through on the day of my best friends, wife's funeral. I called. Manager was reluctant because I'm pretty sure they didn't give me a receipt. However, she agreed to fix their mistake. Two days later when I drive 11 miles out of my way to pick up the correct order, only to be told that the manager hadn't left any notes so they would not repair my order and correct their mistake. Great way to treat a disabled veteran. Especially on the day my best friend needed a little help dealing with his wife's untimely death. Way to drop the ball Bell!

Who doesn't love tacos? If this location could get their drive through orders accurate, and actually give you all your food, it would be 5 stars. Step it up and be more consistent. I miss my favorite place to eat!

Ordered food.. didn't seem right.. told manager who was clearly mad that I had them explain.. she insured it was correct.. get home. Items missing. Not happy. This has happened before. I will not use drive thru after this repeat

A++ restaurant very clean and fast and food service for was fresh and delicious! One of the best Taco Bells I've been to around the U.S.

Good not even close to the way it look like when you order and they Don't change the grease like they should

Stopped here twice bathrooms remain same condition not too great but the service was quick, not busy at all plenty of tables available. I will visit a different restaurant during my next stop in this area. The place overall was clean with friendly cashiers just the bathroom not what I like or expect in a location like this.

Best Taco Bell in the area. Great customer service and my food is always hot, and my order is right every time.

Ended up having to go back because I specifically order 2 soft shell tacos with no lettuce and they put lettuce on them anyway. So I ended up having to come back maybe an hour later and the manager was very nice and corrected it for me and even let me watch her make them. They got it right. Plus I had to order more food for my husband. But this is not the first time that this has happened to me. I do not like shredded lettuce in my tacos and I know that anybody can make that mistake but it is like they do not take the time to pay attention when they get an order that says "no lettuce" or "no cheese" or "no tomatoes", anything like that. I know because where I work, our manager is displeased with us or anybody who does not read the special labels on the special orders and gets it wrong just because they did not read the label
