I like Taco Bell and I know it's not authentic Mexican but that doesn't matter. I just like it.

It may just be me but I cannot eat at this franchise anymore. I liked it a lot when I was a teenager but now I can’t stomach it. My kids love it though. They are usually out of something as well. And sometimes the staff is not very helpful. After they remodeled it got better for a period of time but now it is right back where it was.

I would give zero stars if I could. I've ever been to any restaurant that provides so much disrespect. My order was not complete and I didn't have time to check with them telling me "now hurry and get out of here. we are busy" by the time I got home to check, and saw that they not only failed to complete my order but mess one up as well. I called to let them know and the lady manager left me sitting on the phone without notice she'll be back. When I arrived back at the store, they said the drive-thru was closed for 10-15 minutes and began to laugh and giggle at me while I'm knocking on the drive-thru window. Eventually they gave me the order, but now I just wasted my money because I'm too scared to eat what they provided. Who knows what they may have done to the food.

I pulled through the drive through and was informed the drive through was closed. I asked why they did not put a sign on it to inform customers that it was closed. The young lady informed me that they were not allowed to do so. I went to Burger King just down the road. Great service at the Burger King. VERY BAD SERVICE ST TACO BELL.

Ok. Can't help but keep punishing myself going here. Love me some TB but everytime we go here something is either missing or completely wrong. Every time. Order crunchy tacos and shells on every taco are broken making them nachos. Order soft tacos in addition to an order and you don't get them. Expect hot food, don't, something about getting it cold is the standard. Don't call to complain either, they wont answer. Piss poor performance, quality and customer service. Will not be a patron ever again.

We had hair in our food, and given the circumstances of what's going on right now with the the virus, food should be prepared cautiously especially those with facial hair, and hair in general should keep it in nets etc. I tried contacting this location via phone and no answer, I am not able to come back to this location. I want everyone to be weary of their food! Also hope we don't get sick. I had super hungry kiddos, and I'm pregnant.

Great food. Great prices. What's not to love? And they're open late! 🙂

I go there all the time through the driver window. 1st time with the bad service, I let it pass. 2nd time I just want to get it over with. 3rd time that was insulting! What is wrong with their service and it's a different person every time, either your supervisor sucks or that Taco Bell just need to be shut down! I am now going to the one on airport freeway, at least they have better service!

Maxican piza chips is not right test like old oil cook or fry so i through two time

Customer service sucks and what you see in pictures for their food isn't even close to what you actually get. Del Taco is much better. You get more for your money and tastes way better than taco bull.
