The food is good like all Taco Bells. This location, 27th & Pine Lake Rd, is usually slow in service. Today was more so in the dining room. Took about 16 minutes from order to getting our food. Was not busy and drive thru had no issues. All the tables needed a wipe down and the floors haven't been swept for a while.

We ordered two of their triple double crunch wraps. One with beans, and the other with no tomatoes. They served them both as beans with tomatoes. When I addressed this they rolled their eyes and made a third one the exact same way. My receipt showed my order the way I wanted it, but attitude was what got me.

Caelan m was my cashier and she yelled at me and my friends for adding a current table to another booth to make all of our friends fit and made us sit apart from each other. Along with yelling at a friend of mine that he could only get a small cup after he had asked for a small sized cup. Food came fast and was delicious but customer service was terrible from caelan m at the south 27th Taco Bell in Lincoln Nebraska.

Very poor service. Ordered food online and got notification that food was ready, went to pick it up and they would not give me my food but took it out of my account. Asked for a refund and said I need to get ahold of there corporate. I would advise not dining at this resturant. Staff was also very rude and unprofessional.

food is fresh, it did take a bit more time before you received, pop machine dispenser could use a lillte more cleaning (over flow of soda every where).
