Really good experience had large order didnt feel rushed and was very nice and bubbly drive thru worker she did great job I normally wont even place the order cause they rush you and you got to keep telling them you have more they normally lose money cause I cant deal with telling them over and over I have more food to order but last night was the way I wish it was all the time

I really enjoyed my experience there the manager there was very helpful I like the new machine that they have where you can place your own order that was nice experience all in all I love the restaurants my food was hot and ready when I got it and I love the environment there

When I visited this particular Taco Bell, the staff was always friendly and remembered me. Food was fresh, unlike other Taco Bell locations I've been to.

Very disappointing. Started as they made my order to go. Was supposed to be dining in . 1st burrito fell apart as I unwrap it very little inside of it . 2nd burrito was ordered no Tomatoes. Even had to repeat it to the lady taking the order. It was loaded with tomatoes. When I took it back to let them know about it . They acted like it was my fault. No sorry or anything. Just kinda tossed it on the counter as In here it is Go away. Will never go back there . Will drive up the road a few miles to another one.

It's freaking taco Bell. Of course it's 5 stars. One side note though is although the customer service is always actually pretty fantastic, I was unhappy when my nacho fries were put into my bag LITERALLY upsides down. Come on, guys. Don't do the Bell such a disservice.

The ones that are supposed to be open until 4 will have you sit in the line for 10 minutes before they’re supposed to be closed then just never say anything or come to the window when you pull up to the window. Especially the TB on university Dr.

I haven’t been to Taco Bell in years and it refreshing to revisit. I ordered some Gordita meal and I got mango tea which was very good. Overall good if you’re trying to save money and want something quick and easy. I went back twice after my visit and it was consistent the service was great on all my visits.

Loved the cashier, didnt get his name but was polite and helpful in every way. Awesome service and food was fresh, hot, and quick! Very friendly and helpful with kids orders, even offered to blend slush flavor drinks for them.
