Taco Bell

I ordered 2 taco Supreme and. Didn't get tomatoes or sour cream on them. So I will not be back at least in North Branch.

Forgot a taco on our order that we paid extra to add sour cream to and their drive thru was wrapped out the parking lot and wanted me to wait in line to get it instead of having someone just bring me one to the door. And the person was rude about it

When we ate inside it was very nice and clean. The service was timely and one of the employees even came and asked us how everything was and made sure we were doing alright which was nice yet unexpected for a fast food restaurant

Freindly employees and very fast service in the drive thru. The food was hot and fresh.

Go here a lot, the food is always good! Highly recommend the 5 Layer and Cinnabons

GREATEST TACO BELL OUT THERE. I should know, I've been to wayyyy too many. This location is always clean, the staff are ALWAYS SUPER friendly, and the manager is SO great, I love when she's in the window. Taco Bell is my favorite, but this location takes the cake! :) :) Keep up the great work!

Fast and friendly service....I ordered 4 chicken chalupas....they were delicious! My only complaint is that the sour cream was all in 1 end instead of throughout the chalupas....

So, they have the new ordering kiosks here. Where you walk in and touch screen your own order... If you pay cash you have to pay at the regular register... But they don't know that you ordered anything, you have to flag them down because they don't have counter workers. So you might just stand there after you ordered as cash and nobody knows apparently. Great system, 0 out of 10 would use never again.

95% if the time the staff is awesome. They strive for 100% satisfaction. Great team, really good manager now. Tamaran started there as a regular crew member.

Ordered shredded chicken burrito, rice was under cooked and crunchy

Asked for 3 soft shell chicken tacos with lettuce and salsa, no cheese. Apparently they don’t have salsa, even though I had salsa from this same Taco Bell a couple weeks ago and all they have is “red sauce and hot sauce”? What is “red sauce” or do the employees not know what salsa is? Then they asked to look at the screen and make sure everything is correct, they had put beef rather than chicken which is fine, everyone makes mistakes. But then to get my tacos back and can clearly tell they just scraped off the beef poorly and put chicken and little lettuce on, as I had beef still on the tortilla when I specifically said chicken AND corrected them on it?

The staff here was a little slow to service but fine.One star because the restaurant is arranged horribly.The bathroom... Why am I walking down a mini hall within the stall to use the toilet? Why does the baby changing station open and block both stall doors? Who thought this was good?The dining room... Why is the condiment station in the way of where a line would form for the cash registers? It blocks the flow of EVERYTHING. Why are the tables arranged the way they are? They completely block so much potential for foot traffic through the store. The entrance... Why is the "accessible" ordering station BLOCKING the entrance? This is a serious accessibility problem. Someone should really reconsider this decision no matter how much it cost to implement.Everything in the customer areas feels like a complete afterthought. No real planning went into the layout unless the planning was to see how poorly the floorplan of the restaurant could be designed.

They can never get a order right. Soft tacos are hard. Crunchy tacos are stale. Worest taco bell I've ever been to

this is def the cleanest, fastest and friendliest Taco Bell I've ever experienced and I eat taco bell where I may roam...
