Asked for a side of rice with my order. I normally pay $0.79 for the rice. Today was charged $1.59 for an order of black beans & rice w/o beans. Was told they no longer serve rice.

Ate here last night 10/5/18. The food was fine (normal by Taco Bell standards), and the dining room was clean. It was not busy, but it took a long time to fill our order for 3 people. It appeared they were short-handed, as there were 3-4 others waiting for their orders by the time ours was completed. There were no apologies for the wait when the orders were filled.

No late night walk ups to drive-thru: Ridiculous, hurtful and actively discriminatory against a specific class of consumers. Out of touch management decisions specifically designed to cast out the under class. Sad. Starving - STARVING in Kansas.
