Clean, Friendly staff & my food was perfect always is !!

I love Taco Bell no matter where it is. It was a rainy day and I needed to grab something fast while on my lunch break. They were fast so that was a bonus with no waiting. The line was long around the building but everyone probably had the same idea for their lunches.

Very happy that this one is close to where I work. The one by my house is trash. This one is quick, friendly and has not let me down. Keep it up! Good help is hard to find but you guys have it!

Poor customer service/management. They've messed up orders the last 2 times I've been in on my food and a friend's (such as asking for a supreme upgrade and not getting it or asking for no tomatoes for my friends and it's still on there, etc). And today I had several items I would have purchased, but as they can't make a simple double decker taco, I'd rather just take my business elsewhere or to a more accommodating location. They discontinued the double decker, but we all know they have every single ingredient needed to still make it...I know because I've gotten it here without issue previously after they discontinued, but today they can't accommodate because they don't feel like it I guess. I've had other TB locations do it too, they just upcharge for the beans and flour tortilla. Come on folks. All it is, is a flour tortilla, beans, hard shell taco and then filled with same ingredients as any other offered taco. (all of the other times i went it was fine)

One of very few places open by me at midnight. Those 1 dollar double stackers are delicious.

I love free tacos! Do this more often!

I don’t eat at this Taco Bell often, but when I do the food is often of very poor quality. The cinnamon twists in my last meal were completely annihilated. I’m actually impressed that I did not receive a single intact twist, but instead relieved a bag of dust.

Service and food were fine. The problem I have is, soon after sitting down they started closing off a section of the restaurant and saturated the floor with a cleaner that was very strong with ammonia. Then a couple of workers started scrubbing the floor, then comes the wet/dry vac. So now we have strong chemicals on top of it loud intrusive noise all 6:50 p.m. There was also a family in their with young kids. Now if I felt the chemicals were too strong imagine how the children felt. Then before you knew it they were closing out the section we were sitting at, so we felt rushed. I can't believe it would be policy to do this during dinner hours.

Service was fast,food was great and they even made sure the special order was labeled so I didn't have to open each box to find it.

Taco Bell is OK, if you just don't have time or don't want to make your own. Make your own tacos and burritos - beats the hell out of Taco Bell ! MUCH BETTER and WAY cheaper !!!!

The food is standard Taco Bell fare, but the staff is very courteous and professional. Good job of training employees and stressing good customer service by management. More fast food places should do this. It does make a difference to customers.

Got my order mixed, went back and they were super nice and apologetic about it !! Christian was wonderful and sweet

My go to place when i go to best buy. taco salad no shell no strips no rice no beans extra meat cheese and guac. keeping things keto.

I would give 0 stars if possible, no order is correct and if the customer does not double check the food they order then most likely it will be I correct when you get home. 0 team work and the entire store smells like weed, can even smell it on the cashiers breath who are normally red eyed anyway. The store is only cleaned when apparent higher ups are coming in. If they were not right across from the mall and the only mexican in the general area they would have been out of buisness LONG before this.
