Hope a manager sees the review. I dont really review fast food places(except the popeyes on ellsworth..worst service Ever) but wanted to take time to say the 2 guys running the window tonight were awesome. They were closing but still took my order, got it out quick, put perfect amount of sauces in the bag, didnt miss a single thing from my order and were very friendly and professional. Thank you for the great service! Made my night!

Service is excellent on the day shift, but the late shift (the 2am crowd) is hit and miss at this location. The workers in the drive through during the day however are phenomenal. The food is not the best of any location but is always hot and correct during the daytime hours.

Was very impressed with the staff, food, and restaurant!! Stopped in while visiting Ann Arbor later in the evening and restaurant very clean, extremely friendly/helpful staff, and food wonderful!! It is the nicest Taco Bell I have stopped in!! Great job!

Friendly pleasant atmosphere with clean surroundings. Crew very accommodating and will go out of their way to please the customers.

Please STOP hiring just anybody to work for your chain restaurants. I just simply called to ask what time breakfast was done being served and the lady who answers the phone just says “11 o’clock” and when I say “okay thank you” she already hangs up. What the heck? Where does the hiring manager find these people at and why are you giving a job to just anybody. People with this type of poor low quality customer service skills make me not want to come near this Taco Bell. It’s only 3 stars because the food is made properly most of the time and sometimes there are people I’ve encountered who’ve had decent attitudes.

Hi I thought I should warn you. This franchise hired a man by the name Joseph Bruneau. He was complaining he was sick this morning. I can not eat at Taco Bell because of this. He needs to be checked. He needs to be cleared by a doc before I eat at any Taco Bell. Taco Bell is my fav fast food. I'm going to warn the public about this Taco Bell and the man working there. Thanks again.

This is the BEST Taco Bell in Washtenaw co. Because their food and service is excellent & prices are often lower. I'm happy they serve breakfast. It's always clean there and smells nice. Tammie is my favorite cashier.I do wish more plugs and charging outlets were added along the walls for customers who eat inside. Two are not enough.

We had an amazing experience the nacho party pack is huge!!!! Miss V. was awesome she was helpful and courteous all in all we had a great experience we will definitely be returning.

The food was made fast, and the order was correct. The staff was pleasant even though they were short staffed they didn't take it out on the customers and still got the order out in a timely manner.

Just had lunch with my tiny human here. Was literally the best experience I’ve ever had at Taco Bell by far! Keep up the good work! Much improvement over the last few months!

Food is good, but not worth waiting 20 minutes in an empty lobby during a slow time.
