Our experience was horrible. As soon as we walk in tne cashiets start bombarding us about useing the new kiosks to order and the food was worse than the service. The cashiers dont realize the kiosks are there to replace them.

Its taco bell not much to say except another location that has a problem filling your entire order. Check your bags before you leave the drive thru.

The employees are the best but the food isn't portioned right

The only reason we come to this location is because of the convenience to our home about 1 minute away, we used to go to the Great Neck location and had no problems with their friendly staff and our orders. This location is another story, all of our drive thru orders have been incorrect in some way and a large amount of our dine in orders have been wrong despite the cashier entering our order correctly or repeating our order back to us. On top of that the staff is not in a hurry for anything and either mumble at you or tell you their personal information as you’re ordering or act to high to care. While dining in the cashier that took our order was walking around the restaurant, looking out of windows and working the drive thru through her head set. That may explain why our orders are always wrong? It won’t hurt us at all to go back to our Great Neck location.

Finally found a place that has better customer service than McDonald’s when I got off super late... got there the line was super fast which was very good!! Get home... my order is completely wrong.... it’s been a bad night for fast food all around... maybe next time things will go better... 😢

Food was good but they had no heat. Felt just as cold as it was outside. I ate in my vehicle. Outside temp at the time of purchase was 48 degrees. No EXCUSE for no heat in any restaurant eating area

Seemed unorganized and overwhelmed. While we were waiting in line for our order 2 different customers brought there orders back up to have mistakes fixed. Our order for 5 was missing items which they fixed. The lady taking the order at 1st had put the wrong combo meal in and we had to reorder that meal, partly my fault for bot checking but hers because I ordered by the # and confirmed the product which was similar to the other combo # product. Food was ok but we will try and avoid this spot in the future......to much hassle!
