Taco Bell

This review is for the North Monroe street location. At this location they have a kiosk for one to order from, and on the kiosk you can make any modifications available to your order and it just sends it to the kitchen. Seems foolproof enough. I visited yesterday around 6:30pm with 2 friends and we all used the kiosk to order. One of us got their order as it comes, no modifications. My other friend and I both ordered our food with no sour cream, as we are lactose intolerant, but our orders still came with sour cream. As we ate our other food we looked around and noticed quite a few people returning their orders, mostly those who had ordered from the kiosk as well. It would seem that whoever is responsible for reading off/making the kiosk orders may need to pay a little closer attention to detail, as they are very well-staffed and shouldn't have too much of a workload on the individual.The dining room and restrooms were clean and well maintained also.

Update: my family and I went to this taco Bell recently. The staff was very friendly and doing a good job at cleaning the place up. Nick was really kid to us and brought us out our food. The cook Milton made our food perfect! Everything had a friendly portions. I gave up expecting the food to look like the photo. Thank you for a food experience.A solid taco bell that seems to always be clean. The food is great but like many taco bells you cant always count on you burritos to be wrapped right. Love coming here and usually treated by friendly staff.
