The restaurant did not appear to be busy, yet the employees seemed extremely disorganized and unable to complete a simple order. The service at the drive thru was nearly non-existent. After the first employee passed off her headset, the second employee seemed so confused that she could not process our order and resulted in us going to a different restaurant.

Went here with my boyfriend who ordered first while I watched the table. When I went up to order my food, a guy from the back handed me my boyfriends tray then walked away. So I waited for someone to take my order. An older lady came up (name on the receipt says Armadia M) and took my order, she came off as unwelcoming. When my order was ready, instead of calling out the number on my receipt, she got frustrated because she kept saying "hey! Hello?!" From across the place while making eye contact which is hard to tell who's attention she's trying to get in a place full of people. So I walked up, she handed me a tray that had 3 items (I ordered 2) mumbled something I could not understand and walked away.

Whoever the new to go guy is at the window is horrible. He was nice taking my order but when I got to the window he acted as if I wasn't his main priority. He was two other orders While handing me mine I told him I was missing something and he told me I couldn't order it at the window Which I already ordered it beforehand. I never have a problem with this location of course it's always a young lady who takes my order which I miss her Because the guy gotta go. I gave 2 stars because they gave me when I was missing

It was around 12 midnight. Window operator was very slow but polite. It took about 12 minutes at the window and 3 minutes at the Speaker ordering. Slow service but the food was great. I don't think enough people are there at night to support her in the operations.

The GM Curtis be lookin THICC 🎂Lookin thicker than the burritos. Let's just say I don't go there just to get food 👀 Their food is amazingly delicious. The service was amazing and so was the view 🎂 Would highly recommend because of the food and the show 🎂🎂 Thicker than a Snicker 🎂
