Depends on who's working either get fast friendly food or you'll wait for 15 minutes for food but it will be fresh

They ran out of chicken shortly after we got to the restaurant, but they were able to quickly catch up and we got our food in a timely and friendly manner

I go to the drive thru order buffalo chicken fries and want ti substitute the chicken for black bean and I've done this before without any problems or up charge because IT'S A SUBSTITUTION NOT AN ADD ON they have to hit substitute beef for black bean because they don't have a chicken button I have never had a problem with this before they tell me they have to change me because they don't have that button I wish I could post a picture because I have a receipt stating just what I ordered with no up charge for my subscription there reasoning for this is because it's chicken not beef so they can't do that I'm pretty sure cooks understand what it means they do at the other taco bells I also have a receipt showing this

I got through at 10 and didn't get to the main window till 11 they took too long and what I order they want to change it to from beef to chicken and charge me morethey was rude I would never go there again and I got friends and family that works fast food and they do not act that rude to anybody

Tried to get several food items and couldn't because they were out of nacho cheese. Couldn't get Mexican pizza either because they didn't have shell for it. And that was after waiting 15 minutes in drive thru. Never going to that location again

The staff is fast and friendly. Great in order accuracy and the drive through moves quickly.

I usually don’t post bad reviews but this place deserves to be pointed out. Every. Single. Time. we come here our food is cold and the order is wrong, and when the order is right, it’s disgusting! We ordered our food through DoorDash recently and when our food got here 3/4 of the order was wrong AND cold, plus they had given me a receipt that had someone else’s order and card number on it. If you value your taste buds and personal information, don’t eat here.
