Fro t counter staff Erin was great and very pleasant.

This Taco Bell had a bunch of cars in the drive thru, but got us out quickly, and our order was perfect!

Location sucks for drive thru, which has a long line nearly every time I'm here, which normally isn't bad because the line moves at a moderate pace. Currently, however, they seem are short staffed I was told, so not only is the line moving at a snail's pace, they have been closing the inside (the dining room) around an hour early. So anyone looking to get food here has no option but to wait in the long, slow line if they aren't here early enough at night. The food is still satisfactory though. I just won't be coming back until they hire more evening/night staff, unfortunately.

This Taco bell is the Best one in dayton by far... All the employees I've dealt with have always been Very friendly , have a great attitude and/or a great sense of humor . They're fast, food is good, and they actually keep this Taco Bell Clean.

Johnny is so nice and kind. He was also very helpful. We will be coming back to this location to have a quick lunch!

I ordered the Party Pack and it was way better than I remembered. Since COVID-19, the standard has gone up.

I mean it's Taco Bell service is good most of the time. Can be a little grumpy in the morning lol

Men's bathroom needed attention, and staff was reluctant to see to the need. A manager ended up taking care of it after some time had passed. Staff was courteous, however, charged full price for "happy hour" special freezes. This was rectified after bringing it to their attention and after the matter was discussed.

Usually has good food. Today music. To loud and new crunchy chulpa was big disappointment. Hope for a better day.

Great food! great service! Didn't give me some of my food there was a line so going back to have it fixed was pointless. not enough time.

I don't go often and if I go at the right time my order is usually right. If the place is busy I may have to come back for a missing taco. The customer service is great though. 😊

Taco bell does not serve authentic Mexican food, but an americanized fast food version of it. It should be known that it is a fact that taco bell uses oat filler I'm their ground beef to reduce cost. Their ground beef is not 100% meat. Still, the prices are reasonable and of your expectations are right, it's usually fairly good.
