Omg my faith in the Bell has been renewed. This location did a fabulous job making picture perfect tacos. The staff was friendly and polite. My drive thru experience was probably the best I've had in recent memory. As well as the taste of my food. Nothing was soggy or cold or stale. The lettuce and tomato was cold. The cheese was melty, the shells were crunchy and the beef was warm and not drippy. I know this may seem fake but this was the best Taco Bell experience I've had since the late 90's. I called and thanked the manager.

It's nice to have a Taco Bell on this side of town. However, the food is inconsistent and the service is always poor. Most of the time it feels like there can't possibly be a manager on shift. This is a new store, so hopefully it gets better with time.

Sucks that they have been out of the Reaper Ranch tacos(because I wanted to try one really bad,) Although, I was informed they weren't getting/making anymore. On a good note, the lady working helped me out with a Freeze drink I wanted. She was very friendly and professional.

Friendly staff, drive thru can be a little slow but food is fresh.
