This one store in particular is horrible 90% of time order incorrect and they have people who have HIV work with the food at corner of Belmont and Washington indianapolis indiana 46222

Drink machine had diet Pepsi on the regular Pepsi and cherry Pepsi. All of us customers complained about it they said that they would change, but seems like they didn't. Then they told us customers to hold the buttons to flush it out in which it didn't work. Had to choose another drink which didn't want. Then when getting some sauce packets, was told that I could only have a certain amount, so I just gave them back and told them that I don't need any then. And said that they need to fix their situations that they have in order fir their customers to be happy.

I placed a big order with "plus this" " minus this" items at the drive thru. The girl that took the order not only got everything I ordered right but didn't once have me repeat myself like you usually do. The order was ready within minutes of ordering which was impressive considering how much was ordered. The late shift there definitely had it going on.

The wait for my order was long and it wasn't even busy at all. They were clearly under staffed so I kept that in mind. To my surprise my order was correct and was exactly as I expected it to be. Had it not been such a long wait this would have been a perfect visit.

Very slow took them 20 minutes to give me my food. And I only ordered 2 tacos and there wasnt anyone in the taco bell at the time so it should have went quick but they were all screwing around in the back!

The food wasn't bad but that was the food that we could possibly have ordered, because they didn't have any hot sauce at all and they were out of several items including lettuce.would have been a good place to open a Taco Bell for sure

Got the order wrong and after manager said would correct it oops they closed now but come back. Have yet to get it fixed cause have no receipt. Understand rules and in same breathe feel the manager should honor her word

John the best thing I can tell you to do is the call the corporate office for Taco Bell and report it and let the corporate office Hamlet and they should be able to refund you your money and your food one of the other that's the best advice that I can give you at this time is it called the corporate office for Taco Bell and report this and they will look into it desperately hope this information does you good have a blessed day

This location real hit or miss

Because they turn into a bacteria in your stomic that produces gas

Mr.Jon May I highly suggest that you might look on the back of your receipt or try to contact the Yum corporation and report this to them about the conditions of the store and the possible liabilities to them about how you are about to fall and how the conditions were about your dining experience how you were extremely hot and then it was not cool because of the temperatures here in Indianapolis that are exceeding 90° weather or better on the outside and tell them how you felt it was like a hundred and ten on the inside while you were dying and tell them that your dining experience was not the best that you've had since you have been going to that Taco Bell and ask them could you get a full refund on your meal since it was extremely hot on the inside of the store and very uncomfortable for you while you were dying and I'm sure that the corporate office will get the store manager or the franchise owner to contact you as soon as possible.

No refills should be free there
