I have been trying to hold off and give this location several chances but today I am over it. Almost everytime we patronize this location the order is ALWAYS wrong. The food is thrown together very sloppily. Today in my taco that was supposed to be a spicy potato soft taco, i got a regular taco, nbd, although it was a congealed pile of grease with a little meat and old wilted lettuce. The cantina steaknpower menu burrito was unedible and the meat tasted like it was turned. Will not go here again, would not recommend

Service was great but again. It shouldnt take 10 mins of waiting after placing a order to get ur food so 3 stars just cuz ft counter help was promp and courteous.

I was waiting in the drive-thru for about 10 minutes, talking to the employees placing my order when at the end of trying to place it they replied, "sorry ma'am we're close." It was posted that they close at 3am, I was there and talking to them at 2:40. I said, "but I've been placing my order with you for the last 10 minutes." They then replied, "I didn't want to interrupt you, I respect my elders." And laughed. I can tell you that I wasn't laughing. I can tell you that my family and I won't be eating Taco Bell for a while.

Bad customer service. Workers playing around and giggling instead of focusing on customer orders. It shouldn't take 10 minutes is to make one taco.They tall guy making the food was rude and slow. Told a customer that he has other orders and threatened to not make her order. Getting loud with a customer is never acceptable. What kind of Man talks to a Female that way?Nobody did anything. If their was a Manager present She did nothing to correct him.
