They haven't change back. I will not go there to eat.

Slow, unmotivated, inefficient employees. Not fast-food by any means.

Do yourself a favor and keep driving, if you insist on having taco bell, go to a different one. This location once of the worse management you can imagine. The last 3 times I have visited this place there always seems to be an issue, either NO ICE, thereto don't carry the nacho box any longer but the advertising is still up in the menu, when they had the offer they didn't have boxes to put them in, they run out of syrup for the soda machines and the manager seems oblivious and makes no effort to rectify the problems. How about walking across the parking lot and buying a few bags of ice, how about calling another store and getting what you need for that day, or better yet, how about ordering enough product in the first place. I'm telling you, keep driving.

We love the bean burritos, fiesta bowls, mini shredded chicken quesadillas and any quesadilla but when ordering a side of guacamole its not enough of a portion (the guacamole is so good)

Had not been to this location in over a year due to horrible service. This time the service was good, order correct, and order fresh not under heat lamps all day. Good job turning this location around.

Good staff and service. Clean environment. I, personally observed the crew in the back and was very pleased to see the staff using hand sanitizer, gloves, etc while preparing the food. Sad to say, but not all places do that.

I've never seen a team work together more harmonious than this one. Everyone was working extremely hard to get the orders out fast. It didn't even matter that I had to wait a while, because they couldn't have done it any faster. The restaurant was clean and everyone was friendly so there's nothing more to ask for.

I absolutely love their food. Their service is pretty good. Super expensive though. If you are looking for cheap fast food, this is not it.

It was terrible. They never get the order correct. When we ordered specifically for beef Frito burritos to be substituted for beans and no cheese, they got it on the receipt correctly but they never make it the way the receipt says to. In addition it just sounds like a bunch of children are yelling in the kitchen area and you can hear everything they are saying out where everyone sits in the dining area. And when we asked if they could fix the problem with the burritos the kid that have it to us had absolutely no customer service skills, he just remarked, "What is this? What did you get again?"

Always love it, with the exception of they need to bring back the shredded chicken nachos

Long wait and food had no flavor. Burrito supreme looked like a blob of doo doo

Very busy, took about 7 minutes to get my order needs be more help to keep up and clean the dinner area.

This is one of the last Taco Bell restaurants that always has treated me w/ respect and takes the time to make sure my food is correct, hot & ready to go eat... if there was a misunderstanding w/ the order, they will fix it promptly Than q staff members --- keep up the good work!

Double chalupa is really good. Our location is always busy.
