Came here last night they said they were out of chicken, and anything deep fried we and a 20 minute wait we were very disappointed.. all the employees were laughing and giggling... and now today at 7:00 PM they are closed when the internet says they would be open terribly ran business not professional at all

This location is better than the other Indy locations!

Service was fast, place was clean, food did take a little longer than usual.

My rating changes on this particular Taco Bell. I eat here a lot and the quality of food I get depends on who is working.

I rated one star because I can’t rate lower than one! Our experience was HORRID! Do not go here at night. We came on 12/18/19 at 9:30 pm and they booted our order, and then acted as if we hadn’t even order anything. The sour cream cups were less than full, it’s was like a little squirt of sour cream. One of the associates yelled at us that she was ready to leave. Every time we tried to speak to each other, one of the employees would get louder and louder. It smelled like someone was smoking inside the store. They were playing on their phones and were acting like it was a party instead of their jobs! 100% will NOT COME BACK TO THIS STORE.Edit: one of the employees went outside and locked the doors so when we left, we could t come back into the store.

Horrible service took 15 min to get my order for it to b wrong go back in to get it fixed staff was rude and never got my food after 20 mins of waiting I just walked out $12 of free money

Food was great but i didn't like the manager attitude while handling employees and guests. Not friendly at all, not saying you need to be fired but baby girl you definitely need to smile more and loose the attitude. They work hard also, yes people make mistakes that's apart of life. But how you treat them reflects on their faces. We sat and listened to you for a while and we both felt the same way.

The worst location I've ever been to...the girl working the drive thru was so incredibly rude, then our order was completely wrong and everything was sloppy. We went back through to fix the order and get napkins and sauce. Her attitude was disgusting, she had who I assume was the cook give us our corrected order. He basically threw the bag to us and slammed the window as my husband was attempting to ask for sauce. I called the manager after and he didn't even seem surprised. We then went to speedway across the street to get a drink because apparently they were out of everything the cashier told me she amongst many others have all had similar problems with this location. Save your time and money go to a different location this one is the worst.

Tacos were barely filled. I know it was late at night but I still expected what I paid for. Horrible quality.
